Welcome to RE-ENGINEERING SERVICE CENTERS Ltd. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and automotive repair services.
By requesting, scheduling, or authorizing services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Automotive Services
RE-ENGINEERING SERVICE CENTERS Ltd. provides mobile automotive repair, maintenance, diagnostics, inspections, and related services.
Services may include:
Engine diagnostics and troubleshooting
Brake systems and repairs
Suspension and steering
Battery and electrical systems
Oil changes and scheduled maintenance
Air conditioning services
Tune-ups and vehicle inspections
Other approved automotive repairs
Service availability depends on vehicle condition, location, technician availability, and parts availability.
2. Estimates and Repair Authorization
Customers will receive an estimate or proposed service description before repairs are performed.
Additional repairs or costs not included in the original authorization require customer approval.
Diagnostic results are based on available testing and vehicle conditions. Additional problems may be discovered during the repair process.
3. Payments
Payment is due according to the payment terms provided on the approved estimate or invoice.
We accept payment methods displayed or offered at the time of service.
Customers are responsible for authorized labor, parts, diagnostic services, and applicable fees.
Any additional fees will be disclosed before authorization.
4. Parts and Materials
Repairs may use new, aftermarket, or other approved replacement parts, as disclosed to the customer.
Parts availability and pricing may change depending on supplier inventory.
Customer-supplied parts must be approved before installation. We cannot guarantee the performance or quality of customer-supplied parts.
5. Warranty
RE-ENGINEERING SERVICE CENTERS Ltd. offers a limited workmanship warranty of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first, on qualifying repairs, subject to the terms stated on the customer's invoice or written warranty.
The warranty applies to qualifying workmanship and does not automatically cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse or neglect
Accidents or outside damage
Unrelated mechanical failures
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Defective customer-supplied parts
Manufacturer parts warranties may have separate terms and conditions.
Customers must contact us regarding a potential warranty concern before authorizing additional repairs related to the issue.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
6. Mobile Service Conditions
Customers must provide a reasonably safe and accessible location for mobile repairs.
We reserve the right to postpone or decline work when weather, environmental conditions, safety concerns, or vehicle conditions make performing the service unsafe.
Additional arrangements may be necessary if a vehicle cannot safely be repaired at its location.
7. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are subject to availability.
Customers should notify us as soon as possible if they need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Appointment changes may be necessary because of weather, parts delays, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our control.
Any cancellation or service-related charges will be disclosed before they are imposed.
8. Vehicle Condition and Road Testing
Customers are responsible for disclosing known vehicle problems and relevant safety concerns.
When necessary and authorized, a technician may perform a road test to verify a repair.
Customers acknowledge that previously existing mechanical problems may become apparent during inspection or repair.
9. Limitation of Liability
RE-ENGINEERING SERVICE CENTERS Ltd. will perform authorized services with reasonable care and skill.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for unrelated pre-existing mechanical conditions, failures unrelated to our work, or damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Website Use
Website information, descriptions, and pricing are provided for general informational purposes and may change.
Submitting a website form or service request does not automatically constitute a confirmed appointment or repair authorization.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
